Organizational Structure

Caler&Company has designed all of its functions and organizational structure around the needs of its clients. Our collective function is to find clients, provide a service that demonstrates value and keep clients. Our process streamlines communications so there is little chance of miscommunication. We limit the number of people between client decision makers and those who do the work.

Our “revolver” style flow chart illustrates a process that enables us to effectively and efficiently respond to specific client needs. Some clients may require support with concept and design development only and can directly communicate with our “creative services” function without engaging in a long and linear communications transfer found in typical agencies. This saves time, enhances communication and reduces cost for both the client and Caler&Company. The hub is Communications Coordination. The hub manages every piece of information relevant to each project and communicates directly with each of the eight primary agency functions. Efficient and effective communication is key.
