Doreen Vanchoff, Chief Operations Officer


Although Doreen’s background is in account management, traffic and production, she’s had a lot of practice over the years with research, operations and the tools necessary to ensure total efficiency. Some of her favorite tools include her antique kitchen utensils — particularly a prized rolling pin used to create unforgettable Macedonian delicacies and pastries.

Doreen has managed her own small business and knows which ingredients to combine to keep her soufflés up and her project costs down. As Chief Operations Officer, she cooks up more efficient processes for mixing creativity with industry while simultaneously streamlining communication between clients and our design, media planning and content development teams. She manages cost without sacrificing value or service to clients.

Doreen keeps things cooking as our liaison with banks and financial institutions. She meets regularly with Caler&Company’s accounting firm for tax planning and pins down all quarterly budgets and gross income projections. While gracious and charming, she manages our finances with determination and precision.

Doreen maintains Caler&Company’s HR and client data and has immediate access to all accounts. She crunches research assignment numbers and participates in creative concept development. By applying the chemistry of cooking to the chemistry of communication, Doreen sets goals, accomplishes objectives and delivers an entirely new level of management to client accounts and services. She is resourceful, innovative and her skills have been honed through extensive experience in client budget management, brand development and social media initiatives.
