Park Lane Villa

A group of Cleveland area residents were called together to discuss City Architecture's preliminary concepts for Park Lane Villa, a 1920's era upscale hotel, which, until recently, was used a low-income apartment housing. The purpose of this Jump Start was to gain insights into the focus groups opinions, preferences and recommendations with regard to Park Lane Villa offering residential living in University Circle.
