Sherritt & Associates
Client Background
Sherritt & Associates Inc. is a full-service public accounting firm, offering a breadth of accounting and consulting services.

The old Sherritt & Associates logo was lacking in any professional credibility and void of meaning and context. The new logo helped to reenergize the Sherritt team and provided professional integrity to their communications initiatives.
The Challenge
The firm chose to find the means to generate new business including opening several new satellite offices. Realizing its identity was out of currency and unable to deliver a positive brand image, they sought the professional marketing communications services of Caler&Company.

New presentation tools included
presentation folders, capabilities
literature, financial report covers
and formatting, and a new
stationery suite.

Prospecting literature helped
the Sherritt Team present its
strength to potential new clients
and helped them further build
credibility with current accounts.

A crisp new Web presence
helped the accounting firm
present its capabilities,
services and approach to
solving complex tax
accounting issues.
The Outcome
Caler&Company facilitated brainstorming sessions with the firm's employees and consultants. As a result, Caler&Company developed a new logo and positioning statement, "Strength in Numbers" and utilized it as the cornerstone of a new identity system.

The old signage did not have the "flair" that
the firm's president sought in signing multiple
offices. Caler&Company upgraded the "look".

The old business cards did not present the
organization in a favorable light. The new
cards left prospective clients with a
positive impression.
This positioning statement acted as a catalyst for new offices, more CPAs and a promise to extract the story out of a financial statement and find the strong message it carries. Organizations are far more important than numbers. What do they indicate? What trends to they reveal? How can they be leveraged? The result was a more professional identity, client promise and communications package including a Website, financial reports, company literature and presentation materials for attracting new business.
