Client Background

Founded in 1990, Ratliff & Taylor is a full-service talent management, outplacement and human resource service company. The company is also a Career Partners International Firm with over 200 locations in 45 countries.

The Challenge

Originally named International Career Continuation, the company decided its name limited the perception of its growing list of human resource services. This led them to seek out a complete overhaul of their brand and marketing communications strategy.

The Outcome

After thorough and in-depth research, Caler&Company recommended the company should don the name of its two senior partners, Jim Ratliff and Rick Taylor, both of whom are recognized leaders within the corporate HR community. The resulting typographic ligature presents a professional identity without any associated marketing limitations. This new image coordinated all subsequent marketing communications initiatives including presentation materials, targeted letters, service line literature, sales support programs and public relations initiatives.
