No Trial began as a unique business model. It created the methods to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes to corporations throughout the United States. The primary focus of the company is to reach fair and balanced resolutions to conflict before they become lawsuits. This is achieved though the designing, implementing and managing an organization's procedures, which may include mandatory arbitration and mediation.
In an age filled with frivolous law suites, loaded dockets and threats of suing, an entrepreneurial attorney approached Caler&Company to help craft an identity for a new business model. The greatest benefit was telegraphed in the name and a new logo depicted the intention and positive outcome. Caler&Company recommended the position statement, "Corporate Intervention vs. Courtroom Trauma", which carried with it the obvious choice is preferred – through No Trial's ADR methodology.
No Trial sought to build its brand with a credible, structured and professional identity for the organization.
Demonstrative services literature was
created to target specific audiences –
courts, judges, mediators and
corporate HR professionals and
Caler&Company helped the start-up enterprise by listening
carefully and transforming important information into
persuasive marketing tools that helped targeted audiences
quickly realize the value and benefit that No Trial delivered
to its clients.
Caler&Company worked directly with CEO, James McElroy, to create the new identity and brand presence. This included the development of all of its marketing communications initiatives including direct marketing, letters, brochures and stationery.
In addition, Caler&Company developed an informative Web site to introduce a comprehensive list of consultative and mediation services, clarify benefits and convey the wide range of courtroom avoidance methods that No Trial provides.
A new URL and informative Web presence was
created to help the new firm with its launch into
a world dedicated to providing solutions to
curtail wrongful legal proceedings and
frivolous law suits.
