An entrepreneur, experienced in developing national franchise opportunities, saw a hole in the moving market. Seeing the opportunity to launch as a national franchiser, he purchased an established moving company in northeast Ohio and used it as a base office for a new national franchisor organization.

The Challenge

Realizing the importance of branding, the entrepreneur sought Caler&Company's assistance to develop a new identity for the franchise, execute its successful launch and implement a pre-existing marketing plan.

The Outcome

Caler&Company worked, under budget, to develop the franchise's new identity and implement it through a comprehensive list of marketing communications tools including a new logo, fleet graphics, newspaper and trade advertising, a direct mail program, signage, franchisee packages, banners and training kits. Caler&Company also facilitated meetings to blend various marketing cultures into one that is more relevant and consistent.

Caler&Company provided necessary materials for new franchises to market within their individual geographics. These comprehensive marketing packages included customized banners, signage, fleet graphics, radio advertisements, recruitment materials and training kits.
