Mosley
Client Background
Jerry Mosley, Jr. is ambitious. When he began his business it was a simple matter of securing his real estate license, hanging his shingle and chasing down opportunities. As time went by, Jerry realized that how his organization was perceived in the marketplace was equally as important as the skills he acquired to pursue his dreams. His long-term goals included far more than buy/sell transactions. Jerry wanted to embrace every aspect of real estate including: buying land and developing it, managing property, building homes and providing financing.

The new identity starkley contrasted the way Mosley held itself out to its audiences. The new identity gave Mosley Companies "a wardrobe it could grow into."
The Challenge
Creating an identity that over time would lead to a recognizable brand was the challenge Mosley faced. With a vast scope of interests, a change needed to be made that would enable the company to present all of its comprehensive real estate services in a professional and credible way. Over time, Mosley emerged as a contending brand in the real estate community.

Caler&Company designed new
yard signs to help promote its
custom home building
capabilities.

The Caler design team
submitted construction
drawings to city council and
handled the red tape and
paperwork that came with
installing its new monument
signage.

The new signage showcased the
corporate umbrella and all of the
newly formed divisions.
The Outcome
Caler
&Company reviewed every aspect of Mosley and Mosley Real Estate and created a new, more marketable identity system. Through a series of slight modifications to the new corporate icon, Mosley Companies achieved its goal to market every aspect of real estate through separate, specialized niche divisions, while simultaneously building equity in its corporate brand. Caler
&Company also developed a new holding company identity and designed a system that expressed professionalism and credibility.

The monument signage was
3-dimensional and complied
with classical Roman
architectural standards
imposed by the city's historical
society.

The Caler&Company designed
literature and sales tools helped
Mosley Companies present itself
with crisp professionalism.

Newly designed corporate
stationery now functioned as a
cross-promotional tool by
touting the services of each of
the five divisions.
Caler&Company attended committee meetings to submit drawings and final plans for Mosley corporate signage. All new signs had to comply with rigid specifications of the City of Tallmadge Historical Society. Caler&Company worked with the committee in its oversight of all monument signs that appeared within a half-mile of historic Tallmadge Circle.

Well-designed fleet and trailer graphics helped The Mosley Companies take best
advantage of its "traveling billboards".
To coordinate every aspect of Mosley's message and appeal, Caler
&Company developed a broad range of marketing tools. New stationary package, document presentation folder and niche-specific literature positioned Mosley Companies as a real estate authority. A series of ads and well-conceived marketing tools positioned the company for exponential growth. A systematic, intentionally branded approach led to consistency in fleet graphics and property signs.
