Client Background

A representative body of Akron-area physicians that seeks ways to enhance the practice of medicine, improve relationships with hospitals and provide representation at state associations and conferences.

The Challenge

Given the hectic pace of its members and of its full-time staff, the organization found it challenging to maintain a regular timetable in publishing newsletters, directories and related communications materials.

The Outcome

Caler&Company established a unified, professional look and format for Medical Society of Greater Akron marketing, promotion and communications tools through the layout, editing and design of annual directories, quarterly newsletters, special events invitations and direct mail initiatives. Caler&Company also facilitated corporate sponsorships of the annual directory, solicitation of ad space and participated in monthly Society meetings. For the first time, the society began building its brand toward consistency.
