Client Background

Founded in 1989, Dun-Rite began in roof installation and after achieving exponential growth in the industry and experiencing a high degree of customer satisfaction, began commercial building and became general contractors in 1997. The organization has made a significant investment in technology, safety & OSHA training, equipment, installation & construction training and software & communications systems to provide customers with consistent and dependable property service. Dun-Rite Construction now specializes in commercial and residential construction, windows, gutters, remodeling, commercial snow removal and more.

The old logo was not representative of the professional integrity of the company. The new logo reflected symbolic qualities of a roof-line, an interior space and the front end of a snow plow, all important service lines for Dun-Rite.

The Challenge

Dun-Rite Construction sought to revitalize their brand as they expanded into new market segments and match their dedication and expertise with an effective marketing communications strategy. Although the company had excellent business acumen, little attention was paid to creating, leveraging and growing its brand in significant ways.

Caler&Company designed, wrote and produced
a robust new Web presence showcasing Dun-Rite's
commercial construction, roofing, best practice building,
innovative bathrooms, siding, windows and new
construction capabilities.

The Outcome

Caler&Company provided a new logo and identity system for all of Dun-Rite's divisions, a strategy to support the selling process, professional sales tools designed to provide a consistent corporate voice, literature, advertising campaign, direct mail programs and a new Web site with a focus on customer testimonials. These marketing initiatives have solidified Dun-Rite's presence as a contender in roofing and construction, throughout Northeast Ohio.
