To showcase Park Lane Villa’s 96 luxurious, accommodating and spacious apartment suites in the heart of Cleveland’s University Circle, Caler&Company worked directly with Christina Alletto, President Signature Housing Solutions, Inc. to develop a fully-interactive Web site, featuring resident testimonials, modern amenities, 24-hour, five-star concierge services, a lavish ballroom, nearby cultural offerings and a photo gallery.

The primary feature of this site enables residents to log in with a user name and password and receive a level of service unlike anywhere else. Through this Intranet, residents have the ability to request maintenance, rent guest suites, order groceries for delivery, make restaurant reservations, as well as benefit from many other five-star concierge services available through Park Lane Villa.
