No Trial LTD is a provider of dispute resolution services based in Northeastern Ohio, providing services throughout the United States. No Trial designs, implements and manages an organization's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, which may include mandatory arbitration and mediation procedures.

Caler&Company worked directly with CEO, James McElroy, to create the new identity and develop an informative site to introduce a comprehensive list of services, clarify benefits and convey the wide range of courtroom avoidance methods that No Trial provides.
