Caler&Company worked closely with Signature Housing Solutions in the development of a community Web site that touted the remarkable transformation of a decaying neighborhood into 629 homes in Cleveland's near Eastside. The primary feature of this site served as an intranet resident-training program. A resident user name and password enables new residents to go through a series of training modules to become intimately familiar with rules and regulations, financial management tips, maintenance advise, family safety and neighborhood amenities and benefits.
