Nicole Kolberg, Traffic Information Coordinator

Off-centered laces. This increases the kicking area and enhances pressure distribution on soccer cleats. Wearing her Caler cleats everyday, Nicole resourcefully aligns her laces to relieve agency pressure and to optimize a “man-up” advantage to help score client goals. With an understanding of every position on the field, Nicole directs the flow of production and manages new business development, event planning and logistics coordination, client relations and files as well as guerrilla marketing tactics and plans. As our Traffic Information Coordinator, she is never warming the bench.

Driven by resourcefulness and passion, Nicole remains calm under fire, keeping her two steps ahead in the game. Her organizational skills, time management, business savvy and persistent follow-through give Nicole both business and athletic success. As an aggressive soccer player, avid sports fan and Ohio State University alum, her competitiveness is only outweighed by her care and focus on client success.

We call her the "enforcer." A captain on the field, Nicole keeps her team on task and heading for client goals. She schedules games, coaches players, coordinates the plays, takes the shots and always follows through.

Motivated by deadlines, she kicks it into high gear and challenges the team until the final whistle. "Go! Go! Go!" is her middle name. Showing up before the whistle, being prepared, abiding by the rules and using the team to best advantage are reasons why Nicole coordinates traffic and communications.
