Access to Care

Healthy Connections Network’s Access to Care program is designed to ease the heavy burden on hospital systems of emergency room services used for primary care. Caler&Company developed an identity for the program and recruitment tools that would motivate doctors to volunteer to help at least one uninsured person or family a month through the Summit County Access to Care program. The logo represents physicians as the key to unlocking the doors to a healthier community.
