The purpose of this Jump Start session was to openly discuss the current situation at CG&FS, review facts, identify needs and begin the process of creating an integrated marketing communications plan. The group looked at CG&FS as if it were a product and created a list of possible audiences who might be interested in hearing its 'story.' The group discovered a compelling story at CG&FS but determined a need to share the story in a compelling way. By candidly and openly discussing opinions, perceptions, recommendations, ideas, possibilities, requirements and case studies from all involved CG&FS was able to identify its brand challenges and elements of its identity.
